What is this course about?
Within the Esri platform you will need to use JavaScript to create stunning web mapping applications in the ArcGIS API for JavaScript. In this course you will get an introduction to the JavaScript language as well as an understanding of development environments, debugging techniques, Syntax and code structures.
This course is for: Anyone who wants to start writing JavaScript code to control web applications. It is not specifically dealing with the ArcGIS API for JavaScript and does not require any GIS or coding background. GIS Professionals, GIS Users, Web Administrators and Application Developers will also benefit.
