About Esri Singapore

Our history

Established in 1980, Esri Singapore is the Esri South Asia group’s flagship office, and a key member of the world’s largest group of ArcGIS specialists (outside the US) – the Boustead geospatial group

The company, which employs 45 geospatial and industry professionals, services hundreds of the country’s leading government agencies and commercial enterprises.

Throughout its 34-year history, Esri Singapore has assembled an impressive track-record of achievements. It counts amongst its technology partners the world’s leading innovators – IBM, Microsoft, SAP and Amazon.

Beyond the professional sector, Esri Singapore also maintains strong ties with the community, providing services to a range of not-for-profit and educational institutions.

The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Pramotedham, was appointed to the role in 2014, after a successful period as Esri Singapore’s Commercial Director.

Market forecasts predict the Asia Pacific’s GIS market will grow at a rate of near 8% CAGR (compound annual growth rate) until 2016. This places Esri Singapore in a prime position to capitalise on new opportunities in both traditional and emerging markets.
