Blair Cheyne is the Global Technical Services Manager at Cardno, where the Enterprise Technical Services team he leads is responsible for the working environment of GIS, BIM and CADD within the organisation. He works closely with business leaders to deliver innovative solutions to the ever changing digital project requirements of a global, multi-disciplined private consultancy. Recently Blair has been involved with developing the digital strategy for Cardno and their continual implementation of the digital engineering environment as an integrated spatial technology and a key business tool.

Blair has expertise in operational management which has been an integral part of the positions he has held over the years, where the workflows and the procedures are at the forefront of efficient production of the digital project.

The technical services team provide support and leadership for an array of business requirements including management of Global contracts and vendor partnerships, software optimisation, support and training.
