With almost 20 years’ experience in the banking industry, including with Citibank NA, Jakarta, Bank Danamon Indonesia and Ernst & Young Indonesia, Aznovri Kurniawan applies his vast knowledge in areas of strategy, performance and portfolio management, business processes and more to his current role, Head of Retail Banking Strategy.
As part of his role, Aznovri Kurniawan conducted market intelligence to tap Islamic market potential in Indonesia. This included analysing insights through the Muamalat GIS project (M-GIS) to align the strategy with sales team performance management, sales models and account management models. He also manages Retail Banking sales performance through sales dashboards with M-GIS as one of the initiatives.
