Mr. Raymond Huang

Mr. Raymond Huang is an experienced geospatial technology professional with more than 10 years of experience in this field. He holds a Computer Engineering Honours degree from the NUS School of Computing and has been working with geospatial technology since his undergraduate days. Over the years, he has professionally conducted more than 30 unique geospatial courses and also presented on the technology at conferences.

Raymond is currently a senior manager with the NUS Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management (ISEM) and is in charge of translating academic research into innovative and applied solutions with geospatial technology. He also serves as the project manager for the Virtual NUS project, a university-level strategic initiative that aims to build a smart campus platform.

Outside of work, he is passionate about advocating for the awareness and adoption of geo-related technologies through conducting of guest lectures with various organisations such as the MOE Academy of Singapore Teachers.
