About the role
We are seeking an Application Designer with a strong understanding of UI and cross platform integration to deploy applications in accordance with performance and scalability specifications.
Your responsibilities will include:

The Application Support Manager leads the Managed Application Support Team to deliver and ensure the Service Level Agreement for the Managed Application Support Contract are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage communication for Incidents (Service Level Agreement breaches, Application Major Incidents etc) and responsible for communications within team and department
- To provide timely escalation/report to all stakeholders concerning business as usual matters, root cause analysis and manage the production issue from opening to closure, including follow-up fixes wherever is applicable

What experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related qualification
- Minimum 3 years as Cybersecurity Expert in designing, deployment and management of cybersecurity compliances for application systems, network and system infrastructure
- Based in Singapore and contactable on a 24x7 basis for severity 1 incidents
- Possess CISSP certification or equivalent (CISM, CISA etc)
- Completed at least one project with any of the Singapore government agencies and familiar with Singapore government agencies for IT projects, in relation to IM8 compliance and requirements imposed on systems hosted in the Government Private Cloud (GPC), Government Data Centre (GDC) or Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)
- Designed and oversaw the implementation of the cybersecurity compliances of minimally one IT system project with a value of no less than SGD$1 million within the past five years
