    What does your role entail?

    The Application Support Manager leads the Managed Application Support Team to deliver and ensure the Service Level Agreement for the Managed Application Support Contract are met.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Manage communication for Incidents (Service Level Agreement breaches, Application Major Incidents etc) and responsible for communications within team and department
    • To provide timely escalation/report to all stakeholders concerning business as usual matters, root cause analysis and manage the production issue from opening to closure, including follow-up fixes wherever is applicable
    • Serves as the escalation contact point for support and maintenance related services
    • Liaise with various teams such as Service Delivery Team, Technical Support Team and Esri Inc Global Support Team to validate, analyse, troubleshoot and see them through to resolution within the stipulated SLA
    • Support users’ enquiries and perform due diligence to ensure ease of maintenance, operation efficiency, application monitoring and performance
    • Maintain supporting documentation e.g. technical troubleshooting help articles related to the application system in-charged
    • Builds relationships with our B2C and B2G customer-facing teams and maintains knowledge of their support operations and practices
    • Assess operational readiness of new versions / applications / flows
    • Support system resiliency activities such as Disaster Recovery exercise, Business continuity planning and system improvement planning
    • On-call support during off hours, holidays, and weekends when required
    • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships with client’s stakeholders

    What experience is required?

    • Strong track record of improving capabilities of an organisation through personal leadership
    • Good understanding of development methodologies, testing practices, and DevOps

    • Conduct IT Security Risk Assessment, Vulnerability Assessments, Security Audit, Penetration Testing, and other IT Security tests to identify the security threats to the System, assess the risk and determine controls to mitigate the risk, and provision of Risk Assessment Report
    • Categorise security incidents and breaches that occur. Track and react to security monitoring alerts
    • Undertake investigations and root cause analysis, ensure all events are logged, investigated and findings are shared and reported appropriately

    What experience is required

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related qualification
    • Minimum 3 years as Cybersecurity Expert in designing, deployment and management of cybersecurity compliances for application systems, network and system infrastructure
    • Based in Singapore and contactable on a 24x7 basis for severity 1 incidents
    • Possess CISSP certification or equivalent (CISM, CISA etc)
    • Completed at least one project with any of the Singapore government agencies and familiar with Singapore government agencies for IT projects, in relation to IM8 compliance and requirements imposed on systems hosted in the Government Private Cloud (GPC), Government Data Centre (GDC) or Government Commercial Cloud (GCC)
    • Designed and oversaw the implementation of the cybersecurity compliances of minimally one IT system project with a value of no less than SGD$1 million within the past five years
    • Possess knowledge and experience in the following areas:
      • Security management frameworks and governance
      • Security risk analysis and management
      • Security incident response and management
      • Comprehensive knowledge of International Standards and Best Practices such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NSA Security Guidelines

    • Proven experience leading concurrent projects with direct responsibility for tracking and reporting on key metrics
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects or achieving operational excellence
    • In-depth knowledge of key services, operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management
