Established in 1928, the Department of Geography at the National University of Singapore is frequently ranked among the top Geography departments in the world and number one in Asia. Geography faculty and students collaborate on research that advances knowledge and are internationally respected for their quality. The Department has been running its own taught Masters programme in Applied GIS since 2016, as well as the Minor in GIS programme since 2006, which offer exciting opportunities for the prospective students to apply GIS to a wide array of applications.
