Goh Siow Chong

Siow Chong is the Director of Information Systems and Applications at the Urban Redevelopment Authority. He leads the use of technology to transform business processes in URA, especially in the use of advance geospatial and 3D technology for urban planning and design. He received a B.Sc (Computing) from Imperial College, London, and M.Tech (Software Eng.) from National University of Singapore.
