An alumnus of the NTU-NIE Teaching Scholars Programme, Noah is an advocate for using information and communications technology to enhance spatial thinking, having authored peer-reviewed articles on this topic. During his internship at the Ministry of Education Headquarters, Noah created a series of GIS lessons that enabled students to explore local places in the Ang Mo Kio neighbourhood such as its town centre, hawker centres, community gardens, and parks.
