Sean Lam Shao Wei

Sean has a PhD and Master of Industrial Engineering and Decision Sciences from the NUS engineering and business schools. He currently works with the Health Services Research Centre (HSRC) at the SingHealth Academic Medical Centre.

In his current role, Sean undertakes multidisciplinary collaborative R&D in advanced analytics for health services research, and also manages the SingHealth HSRC healthcare analytics unit. The primary focus of Sean’s work is on improving real-world health services across the entire delivery chain – with his research recognised through various accolades, including the INFORMS Healthcare Conference first prize and IIE Transactions best paper.
