    1. Presentation must be a user case study and the presentation time and topic must be agreed on with the conference organiser. Esri Singapore reserves the right to request a copy of the presentation prior to the event.
    2. Provision of TechHub virtual kiosk lead generation report in digital format to be provided in accordance with privacy laws and subject to personal privacy options.
    3. Video content must be approved by Esri Singapore.
  • Terms and Conditions
    • Event partners are prohibited from promoting, demonstrating, offering, selling or providing products or services which directly or indirectly compete with those offered by Esri Singapore.
    • The organiser reserves the right to ask any event partner found contravening this regulation to immediately cease all such demonstrations and activities.
    • It is the event partner’s responsibility to submit the branding visuals – logos, profiles, artworks etc. If deadlines are not adhered to, the organiser reserves the right to proceed with the TechHub virtual kiosk without the abovementioned branding visuals.
    • The organiser reserves the right to change the date and time if exceptional circumstances demand.
    • In the event of a change of date and time, the agreement to participate will remain in force so long as the event partner is informed at least two weeks before the changes. All monies are to be paid prior to the commencement of the event.
    • Any cancellation must be advised in writing via email to marketing@esrisingapore.com.sg. An administration fee of 25 per cent of the contracted price is retained should the cancellation be up to three weeks prior to the event.
    • In the event that a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the event, 100 per cent of the contracted price will be retained.
