Erlyn Caguioa is the Lead Geospatial Information Administration Officer of the Department of Public Works and Highways from the Philippines, where her primary role is to act as a single point of contact for all GIS enquiries and requests.
Since 2004 Erlyn has regularly participated in the delivery of training courses and workshops conducted by the Planning Service, covering a range of topics including Confirm TNG, RBIA Utilities, RBIA Theories and Procedures and MS Office for RBIA Coordinators.
Erlyn obtained a Master of Developmental Policy, majoring in Public Policy from the Australian National University in 2009, and a Master of Engineering Management Major in Construction Management and Master of Public Administration in 2005 and 2003 respectively.
