Mr Karl Li is a professional member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) with over 15 years’ property experience valuation and acquisition of lands and properties in Hong Kong.
Karl joined URA in 2010 and is responsible for valuation and acquisition of the redevelopment projects.
Being a member of Project Assurance Team for the development of Urban Renewal Information System (URIS) in URA, he works with the team in developing various applications to meet business and operation needs of the division.
