One of the industry’s most respected geoanalytics experts, Flora joined Esri in 2012 as a Solutions Engineer specialising in Federal health, quickly advancing to a role as Product Engineer in Esri's Analysis and Geoprocessing team, creating data analysis tools and visualisation techniques that solve complex problems and deliver powerful data insights. Flora was part of the team who successfully improved data visualisation in ArcGIS Pro by adding new charting capabilities.
A talented trainer, Flora is also heavily involved in Esri’s Spatial Statistics workshop series, preparing the next generation of geoanalytics professionals. Along with extensive experience gained from planning and analytics roles with the US state government, Flora holds a B.Sc in Geography and a Masters in GIS from the University of Maryland.
